Hi,
Let me know the steps needs to be taken while implementing Hosted exchange
2003.

Hi there,
You're going to have to provide alot more information. Do you plan on
deploying HMC? Your own code? Why Exchange 2003 and not 2007? (not
mentioning 2010 as it is not hosting ready yet without third party support).
If going it on your own there is guides on msexchange.org for both 2003 and
2007.

Just be advised that both methods from there are not supported at all if you
call Microsoft for help. There is one supported configuration for Exchange
2007 by Microsoft if you choose to go that route.
