Exchange Server - Automatically creat a folder in Inbox

What we'd like to do is have a new folder created in everyone's
mailbox. We want to set the quota for thsi folder to zero, and then
point it to a homepage.
I have looked at managed folders as an option, but had no luck.
Can anyone point me in the right direction? We need a way to create
this folder in mass for existing users, and also to have it
automatically added for new users. I suppose if we had a script that
we could run once a week for example, that would be good enough as
well.
Any ideas?
Thanks

There are a few methods to create the folder:

Quota's for a folder? Can't do that.
And set that folder to a home page. Can't help you with that.
Hopefully someone will come in with that part of it.

WHy doesn't Outlook Live sync the calendar like it does in our own Exchange server Exchange Server Good afternoon, We are currently migrating our users from our onsite EX2007 server to hosted Exchange (Outlook Live / Live@Edu). One thing that is different with Exchange Live over Outlook 2007 is that calendars are not synced immediately like they are in the EX2007 server synced with the server immediately. It usually happens when the next time comes around for Outlook to sync with the server, which I think happens every 10 minutes or so. But if you log on to the Outlook Live website and use Outlook Web App to change the calendar, it syncs the changes immediately. This is a fairly people working on the same calendar they will not get the same version as what Outlook has locally on the computer until it syncs back with the server. There are commercial third party products that claim they can make Outlook sync immediatley, not with Outlook Live but with their own system, but the Vueminder program
itself, but I have not figured out how to do this. I have searched through Outlook 2007 Inside Out, the integrated help in Outlook 2007, and online help, but I have not found this issue addressed.
