Exchange Server - Public Folders

I have Public Folders in Exchange 2007 enabled due to legacy requirements.
How can I view/edit the permissions (security tab?) with Exchange 2007
tools?
Is there a way to bulk configure replication of PFs?

Hi there,
Ensure you are running SP1 or SP2, when you open the Public Folder
Management Tool click on a folder in the left pane, and then you should be
able to right click a folder _in the right pane_ and see the permissions
tab.
Alternatively PFDavAdmin or ESM (2003 Management Console) are good (better
some say) alternatives.

You can do this in 2003 ESM. You should also be able to use PFDavAdmin for this. Once you have replicated them succesfully, ensure you update the public folder store

If we select the top-level folder on the left in ESM, the Status tab on the right lists Size and Items as 0 for the local run by policy. Thanks, - Alan. I'm getting really confused. Now when I logon to ESM on the E2K3 server, even the OAB Version 2 folders say "In Sync" for the s not the same as removing a replica in a PF's properties, right? The PFs which we've created ourselves don't contain a lot of data and we could a backup. Last paranoid question: is the loss of the data in those non-system PFs the worse that could happen, e.g., could their loss stop Outlook or OWA users being removed. When that happens the replica should be removed from the database. Check out PFDAVADMIN if you want to know a lot more about the status of replication (and other
