We have 2 Exchange 2007 SP2 CCR with 2 Exchange 2007 SP2 Hub/CAS NLB
inside Corporate LAN & a Exchange 2007 SP2 Edge Server in DMZ. Users
are randomly receiving 554 5.4.4 SMTPSEND.DNS.NonExistentDomain;
nonexistent domain when they are sending emails to external recipient.
They have been communicating with the external recipients previously
without any issue. If they tried to send the email after sometime to
those external recipients, the email goes succesfully.
I would like to know how can I address this issue so that the user's
email are successfully transmitted in the first instance itself. Below
is one of the message:
