6. Moving the mailbox to a different storage group.

Are you saying that you have a mailbox growing faster than normal? You
might have a mail loop. What are your settings for allowing automatic
replies and forwards to the Internet? If that is not what you mean, please
clarify your question for a better answer.

Thanks Ed Crowley,

Issue resolved now. User was enabled the auto forward rule to his

User inbox Exchange Server Looking to see if anyone could suggest a remedy to a problem I discovered this morning. A users email (inbox) and sun-dir's are missing. Only today's emails are in the inbox. System / Outlook worked fine last week. ESM> Mailboxes> shows 105, 318 in size with 2092 in items. However, for whatever reason last weeks, last months etc. emails are not listed in inbox. ESM> Servers> Logons show user has loggon. Anybody ever run into something like this before? Initially, messages were visible in all folders. OST also setup. After several synchs, all 1.8GB of email and 38K+ messages. Setting up a profile on other systems using Outlook 2003 also has the same results. No antiv-virus installed yet. Have recreated the profile installed, view is set to messages / no filters. When I view the folder sizes in outlook they show zero or just the few new messages received. New messages are still showing few messages from a backup and they were added to the total # of messages in ESM although I had told the backup to overwrite. Seems like the backup could not recognize help - this is a mailbox for a critical client. I am also posting to the Outlook group as I do not know if the problem is exchange or Outlook. Is the mailbox corrupt?? If so, I would appreciate a good pointer to information on
