Detail Templates are not working

Hi,

I am using the 'Detail Template Editor' to change the templates for a
User, Contact. But outlook does not seem to use these templates but uses
the old ones. Can someone tell me what you have to do extra to get this
working.

PS. I already downloaded OAB (as is mentioned on www) but this does not
help.

I am using Exchange 2007, and it is a MMC tool (you have to add a Add
In), it should allow you to change the Contact, User, group folders in
Outlook 2007. As far as I know it the form layout is stored in AD and
passed on to the Outlook 2007 client via OAB. But it does not seem to
work in my case.
