NLB with Server 2003 and Server 2008

Hello all,

at time we have a Exchange 2007 CCR witn SP2 on Windows 2003 Server. The two CAS Server works under Server 2003 and have NLB. We
want to migrate the CAS Server on Windows 2008 with SP2.
Is it possible to removal the first maschine from the NLB, deinstall the CAS Role. Than install Windows 2008 Server with the
Exchange CAS role and add the new CAS to the NLB ?
