I'd like to incorporate an exchange public calendar in my web site but do not
know how to get started. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Simplest way would be to put the OWA view into an IFRAME:
src="http://server/public/foldername/?cmd=contents&view=monthly">
Or something like that.

Is there a way to make it so that anyone can view the calendar. This is for
a church. They would like to publish this calendar on their public site so
their members can fiew the calendar.

You can set the appropriate folder permissions in Outlook.

You can set the appropriate folder permissions in Outlook. How you do it
depends on whether you want everyone to be able to add appointments to it,
or just be able to read it.
I've set the permissions for Anonymous to reviewer as I want them to only be

able to view the calendar. However, when I view the calendar it first asks
for a user name and password.

That's probably coming from IIS.

That's probably coming from IIS. If you look at the Public VDir in Exchange
System Manager, you will probably find that Anonymous Access is not enabled.
That did it.
