I suppose my first question would be why FE Server? You can implement RPC
over HTTPs securely through a firewall with BE Server. I would also suggest
looking at Deployment Scenarios for RPC over HTTPs which is very helpful, if
for nothing else to review your current setup.

I had to install the messaging and collaboration services in the
Exchange 2003 setup and now I see the third, new Exchange 2003 SP2
server.
Yes, we have three Exchange 2003 SP2 servers in our orgainization. One
is a front-end server and the other two servers are basic servers. We
recently installed the third, basic Exchange 2003 SP2 server.
We are currently able to connect to our RPC over HTTP server (the
front-end server) to connect to mailboxes on our first, basic (back-
end) Exchange 2003 SP2 server.
What we want is to be able to do is have the third, new, basic
Exchange 2003 server mailboxes available when using Outlook outside of
our internal network. As of now, the new Exchange server does not
allow us to access any mailboxes on our new Exchange server when using
the RPC over HTTP connection to our front-end server outside of the
office. Is there a setting we are missing?
Thanks for any help in advance.
