Exchange Server - POP3-Connector

Wieder eíne dieser Noob-fragen:
Wir nutzen POP3-Emails des Providers 1und1.
Bei der Umstellung von SBS2003 auf Server 2003 wurde uns erzählt , dass es
keinen pop3-Connector mehr gibt und man hier auf einen externen Connector
zurückgreifen müsste. Stimmt das? Momentan nutzen wir pullmail. Aber ich
glaub', der ist schon etwas älter. Zumindest trauen wir diesem nicht so
richtig. Seit der Umstellung ist der Emaileingang stark zurückgegangen, und
ich habe das Gefühl, dass da einige Mails irgendwo auf der Strecke bleiben.
Ausserdem gibt es noch weitere Ungereimtheiten, die ich aber eine nach dem
anderen angehen will.
Kennt Jemand einen zuverlässigen und vor allem günstigen pop3 Connector?

Im Exchange SystemManager gibt es einen Interne Mail Assistenten. Kann man
den nicht so einrichten, dass man auf den externen pop3-Connector verzichten
kann?

Ja, der SBS ist der einzige Exchangeserver, der sowas wie einen
POPConnector bietet.


Wie wärs, wenn du diesen Sch... mit POPConnector usw. einfach
abschaltest und auf SMTP Zustellung umstellst? Hat eigentlich nur
Vorteile. :)

ok, wenn Du mir sagst, was ich dafür tun muss? Ich kenne mich damit leider
nicht so gut aus, und unser sog. Administrator ist momentan nicht greifbar.

Kannst du mir bitte das Verfahren grob erklären? Oder einen Link, wo ich
nachlesen kann? Wäre Dir wirklich dankbar.
