gerade bei einer SP2 Update Installation eines EX2007 ist mit das Update
Tool abgeschmiert - warum auch immer. Siehe Log:

Hi,


beim Setup hat der Server irgendwann die Verbindung (timeout?) zum
Fileserver pdc01-srv verloren. Ich w??rde die Setupdateien lokal kopieren und
dann von einer lokalen Quelle installieren.
Wie ist denn die Fehlermeldung wenn du das Setup neu startest?

Danke f??r Deinen schnellen Kontakt.
Ja es war eine dumme Freitag-gegen-Abend-Idee, einfach so "schnell" mal den
SP2 auf unserem System zu installieren. Warum die Verbindung zu Server da was
hatte keine Ahnung. Mache sowas zwar sonst immer lokal - aber Freitag war
wohl der totale Blackout.

Also jetzt liegt das Setup lokal vor. Kann das Setup auch normals starten,
doch es l??uft nicht mehr ins Update rein sondern scheinbar in eine
Neuinstallation

Das Setup bietet mir das Neuinstall Men?? an und steht auf Setp 5: Install MS
Exchange Server 2007 SP2. Klicke ich das an f??hrt er normal in in das Setup
meldet dann aber: "Die Exchange-Bin??rdateien sind nicht installiert, aber der
Registrierungsschl??ssel f??r die Sicherungseinstellungen ist vorhanden. Nur
der Modus "Aktualisierung von Build zu Build" ist verf??gbar". Jetzt ger nur
noch OK und Setup ist beendet.

hier hab ich ein Dokument gefunden, das genau diesen Fehler beim SP1
beschreibt:

Wenn das auch hier zutrifft ("nur" eine fehlende Exchhelp.chm), dann hast du
vielleicht Glück und es ist wie dort beschrieben recht einfach zu lösen.

Danke an alle. Das System l??uft wieder. Obwohl noch der Hahnenfu?? bestand,
dass der Updater immer wieder alle Dienste auf deaktiviert gesetzt hat und
damit sich selbst immer abgeschossen (Dienst kann nicht gestartet werden,
weil deakitiviert).

Hier habe ich halt einfach die Dienste immer auf manuell gestellt, dann
klappte alles.
BPA 2007 ist auch zufrieden mit dem System. Bis auf den zugriff auf das OWA
Verzeichnis. Hier sind zwar alle Berechtigungen so gesetzt, wie
vorgeschlagen, trotzdem mekert er an, die Rrchte seien nicht gesetzt.  Keine
Ahnung warum.
